well "chicas", if you are really interested we need to start talking as soon as possible. Reasons: there are more people interested.
A way that you can book the apartment is sending a deposit of 100 Euros/each one of you (400 in total), via bank transfer, to an specific bank account. When you tell me your thoughts I can email the bank details to you. The deposit will be return to you the day you leave the apartment at the end of augost. But it is a way to ensure, you guys have the apartment when you come to Valencia and that we make sure you come to live there for those 2 months.
Of course the 900 euros of july, will be between the 4 (225 € each of you) and the 1100 euros of aug, between the 4 as well (275€ each).
We will sign a season contract as well. We are lawyers as well, so in legal terms don´t worry about anything.
If you want to call us, please do so, to break the ice of talking to someone that so far is an starnger to you. And that way, it makes you have more security. We can talk about the apart. and all questions you might have... Ask for marisa, to (+34-660154995).
