Hello,
I am a 27 year old guy and rent 2 big , lightned and furnished rooms (bed, table, chair, fan, shelfs) on my flat for girls, during the months of July and August.
The flat is big, in a modernist style building, located at the central Eixample neighborhood, by the side of Plaça Universitat.
You will have access to washing machine, cable tv room, living room, bathroom, kitchen. Possibility of internet broadband and land phone access.
One of the rooms is 350 and the other 300 euros a month, bills included (priced differently because one is bigger than the other and has a balcony).
