So you obviously haven't gone through situation as I have where I paid over €50000,00 more than 2 years ago for apt in Miraflores del Golf, had every excuse you could imagine thrown at me from London and Malaga. And now find that the block I have purchased apt in is no longer. I think that's called Breach of Contract isn't it but Aifos don't give a monkeys, they have your money and don't care what stress they put you through
