This is the room you are looking for!! This is a beautiful room to rent, in a new flat, with its own bathroom, in a private building (with its own court), with doorman (man in charge of the security of the whole building). Everything new!!
It is a two rooms flat (you will share with two girls, 28), with a beuty living room, kitchen and a cute washer. The room is big, has double wardrobe (fixed) and its own bathroom. You can use the garage (ask for it). You should bring your own bed, because the room is empty.
The flat is in PAU de Carabanchel, next to Avd. De la Aviación. It is a peaceful place, with a big park in front of the building, with a library, Sports Center, Young People Center…
This area is very well communicated through frecuent buses that take you, in 10 minutes, to line 6, 10 and 5 underground.
We are looking for a girl or a boy (doesn’t matter), someone tidy and serious, with experience sharing rooms. It is possible that we have telephone and Internet. The total price of the room is 350 euros. Expenses not included.
