520 euros a month: A room with television and small refrigerator. You will have full usage of kitchen and modern bathroom. The price also includes the washing and ironing of clothes and a bottle of cooking oil a month. You also have the option of staying there less than a month for a price of 150 euros per week.
The owner of the apartment also offers a price of 920 euros a month for those who are interested in having lunch and dinner supplied. You will be able to chose from a menu of foods (the owner can also tailor the menu to your specific needs). If you would like to sign up for Spanish courses or are interested in excursions to other parts of Spain, the owner can organize these needs at an additional price.
