Hi to everyone!
My name is Miguel and I'm a spanish boy who is looking for 2 young people (boys or girls) for 1 double room (with private bathroom) which will be available at the 8th June. The total price of the room is 460 /month, I mean, 230 /month each person). In this price are included expenses of: light, water, gas, phone, internet ADSL and more than 60 digital television channels. In the room there's a private phone and a private internet access. It's possible to use internet at the same time in all the rooms.
Apart from the rooms, the flat has: 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living-room and covered balcony. It's equipped with fridge, microwave-oven, washing-machine, vacuum cleaner, iron (with iron table), TV-video, air conditioning and heating. The whole flat is completely furnished and very clean.
It will be perfect if the periode of the stay could be between the 8th June and the 31th August. I'm looking for serious, but also easy-going and funny people. I have been for several years having young people and they always have had a funny and nice living-together. In the flat there's a nice environment.
Address: very close to the Ildefons Cerdā Square (PLAZA ILDEFONS CERDĀ). If you take in Plaza de Espaņa the line of FGC number 8 (pink), the first metro station is called Magōria-La Campana and the second metro station is called "ILDEFONS CERDĀ". The flat is very close to this metro station.
