Are you looking for a room in Valencia for July? We have a small room free in our flat and we are looking for a flatmate. If you need to stay longer, there´s a possibility to renew the contract with the landlord, so if you are interested in that, you could rent the whole flat from August on when we have moved out. We are two Finnish girls (19 and 23 years old) and an Italian girl (26 years old).
The flat is quite small but very cozy and clean. There are 3 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen. There´s a common terrace at 10th floor where you can sunbathe or hang your laundry to dry for example. The flat has everything you need and it´s very well situated, close to the Universities, with bus/tram/metro connection to the beach and to the centre. We have internet (11 euros/month) and electricity+water bill is some 10-15 euros/month/person. A 250 euro fee is required and it will be repaid in the end of July if nothing has been broken/damaged.
