Hi boys and girls!
My name is Miguel and I’m a spanish boy looking for a young person (boy or girl) for a single room which will be available from next 1st of July. The price is 350 €/month, including: water, light, gas, phone, Internet ADSL and more than 60 digital television channels. At the room there’s a private phone and internet line, so that it’s possible to use Internet at the same time in all the rooms of the flat.
It’s completely furnished and it also has another single room and 2 double rooms, so it’s made for 6 people. The profile I’m looking for is a young and funny person who needs the room between the 1st of July and the end of August. I'm looking for serious, but also easy-going and funny people. At the flat I like to have a great and respectful life-together, with a nice atmosphere.
Apart from the rooms, the flat has: 2 complete bathrooms, kitchen (with cooker, fridge, freezer, cupboards, microwave oven and laundry), living-room with TV-DVD, balcony and covered balcony. It also has air conditioning and heating, and everything is completely furnished and full-equipped.
It’s in a very quiet and well-communicated area, because close to the flat there’s the metro station called MERCAT NOU (line 1, red) and two more called PLAÇA DE SANTS and BADAL (line 5, blue).
