Hi to everyone!
My name is Miguel and I'm a spanish boy who is looking for 2 young people (boys or girls) for 1 double room which will be AVAILABLE FROM THE 26th OF JULY. The total price of the room is 460 /month, I mean, 230 /month each person). In this price are included expenses of: light, water, gas, phone, internet ADSL and more than 60 digital television channels. In the room there's a private phone and a private internet access. It's possible to use internet at the same time in all the rooms.
Apart from the rooms, the flat has: 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living-room and covered balcony. It's equipped with fridge, microwave-oven, washing-machine, vacuum cleaner, iron (with iron table), TV-video, air conditioning and heating. The whole flat is completely furnished and very clean.
The room will be available from the 26th of July to the 30th of august. I'm looking for serious, but also easy-going and funny people. I have been for several years having people and they always have had a funny and nice living-together.
Address: very close to the Ildefons Cerdā Square (PLAZA ILDEFONS CERDĀ). If you take in Plaza de Espaņa the line of FGC number 8 (pink), the first metro station is called Magōria-La Campana and the second metro station is called "ILDEFONS CERDĀ". The flat is very close to this metro station.
