We are looking for a Apartment or flat in the area Salamanca or at least 20 km from the city centre as from June 2007 for long let. The apartment or flat must have at least 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, sitting room and if possible a veranda or a balcony. We are willing to pay up to 500 Euro a month including all expenses. We also want it furnished and if possible with cable TV and Internet.
