The price of the room is 480 €/month (240 €/month each person). In this price are included expenses of: light, water, gas, phone, internet ADSL and more than 60 digital TV channels.
It’s in a very quiet and well-communicated area (Sants), because very close to the flat there is the MERCAT NOU metro station (line 1), and also it has easy access to the 2 metro stations called PLAÇA DE SANTS (lines 1 and 5) and BADAL (line 5). The flat is close to the Sants Train Station and there are also many lines of buses (30, 57, 70, 72, 115, 157) stopping near the flat, including night buses (nitbus).
